On Demand Fixing Technology

Canon's proprietary technology On-Demand Fixing consume less power and warm up quickly compared to the conventional fusing roller designs, enabling a fast warm up time and quick first print.

Auto-Duplex Printing

The built-in duplex print engine in LBP8780x effectively cuts paper usage to half while maintaining duplex print productivity with 100% efficiency. Printing 20 pages of double-sided document is now as fast as printing 40 pages of single-sided document.

High Paper Input Capacity

The standard 250-sheet cassette and 100-sheet multi-purpose tray, together with optional 550-sheet Paper Feeder brings the maximum total paper input capacity to a massive 2,000 sheets, suitable to handle large volume print job.

Mobile Printing Enabled

Increase flexibility and document mobility by printing directly from USB flash memory. Tiff, JPEG, PDF and XPS files are supported.

Minimal Maintenance

The Canon all-in-one toner cartridge 333 integrates the photosensitive drum, cleaning unit and toner reservoir in one compact package, saving costs and making cartridge replacements easy. Optional high capacity cartridge 333H is available for customer with high volume printing, reducing the frequency of replacing cartridge even further.
